Allora... Twostella cara, non pensavo di riuscirci... e invece!!! nonostante tutto, nonostante tutti i più simpatici e imprevedibili contrattempi, eccomi finalmente affannata e felice a postare il mio contributo alla tua raccolta.
Si tratta di: una tazza di tè rosso + biscotti cardamomo/ sesamo/ mandarino + triangolini di pane/ Caciomagno/ composta di fichi all'Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Il tè rosso me l'ha fatto conoscere un'amica: mi ha decantato its taste and its benefits and I are left to conquer.

The cookies were invented impromptu for the occasion .-) It takes
:
flour, 280 g
cane sugar, 175 g
butter beans (but that's okay too classic .-) soft, 150 g
egg, 1
cardamom, the seeds of 10 berries pulverized
sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons
mandarins, 2 chopped peel with a knife
cream of tartar, 2 teaspoons
salt, a pinch
Mix the butter with the sugar to make soft dough. Add the cardamom powder and mix. Combine egg, pinch of salt, cream of tartar, flour, sesame seeds and chopped zest of mandarin. Mix well with a spoon until a smooth paste. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for half an hour. Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment paper, leaving half a centimeter thick. Obtain the desired shape of the biscuits and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush them with the egg whites and garnish with a sprinkle of brown sugar and sesame seeds. Allow to cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until golden brown is just. Let cool. Will keep for several days in a tin box.

And then there are toasted triangles of bread that I stuffed with two purchases made at the aforementioned 'Economy City'. I smeared a thin layer of fig compote with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Green Point Farm and not just a slice of thin CacioMagno, a soft cheese from sheep's milk alone Ecofattorie produced by Sabine.

PS I forgot: for the music I can not decide. Sfarfalleggio between Sakamoto, Cesaria Evora, Arielle Dombasle, Henri Salvador, Nina Simone... generi diversi, emozioni diverse... molto dipende dalla compagnia... la musica ecco la sceglierei proprio all'ultimo momento.
