The first scone I have tasted was a huge brick-doorstop :-( with a reminder of just raisins, chosen by mistake to appease a hungry during a visit to Natural History Museum in London, the adjoining corner coffee shop. Yet despite this initial impact is not happy:-P from a post sprout I convinced myself, and I discovered these delicious "muffins" to taste with strawberry jam and a pinch of cream or mascarpone (instead of clotted cream). This time I
"right" half of the dough with diced apple (you saw Ciboulette before Sunday had brought me scones with apple!) And to differentiate the scones, the ones with the addition of apple also have their fine NIB zucchero.E then a little 'small pastry shop, to suit all tastes:

For recipes (all except for ginger candy we bought ready) they ask you a moment's patience, but the work lies, not Riec to post them all now ... I have the justification? :-)
