Dolcetti pomegranate

by of marie's cooking Calycanthus

Finally this week dedicated to this wonderful fruit we also wanted something sweet and we had the idea to rearrange a Our basic recipe for those trying to make them into buttons with the beans and the juice of the pomegranate. Questo post è anche il nostro contributo imperfetto (non abbiamo rispettato tutte le regole!) e molto di corsa alla raccolta di twostella … perché eravamo partiti che volevamo fare un sacco di cose (muffins, scones, dolce, salty, maybe even a cheese cake, or blinis ...), then in the end we always lacked the time, but say hello, at least what we wanted to do it hoping to be "forgiven" even by the end of our story of the three pomegranates is heard well with the tea.

Recipe Ingredients 115 gr
burro115 zucchero115 gr gr farina2 uovaun bit 'yeast (about 1 teaspoon)
Mix room temperature butter with sugar, two eggs and then the flour and baking powder. Now you can add the juice and beans or just beans. They get to cook for fifteen minutes in a hot oven. We keep a few days in a box tin.

here and there at the end of the tale of three pomegranates love that we say it ends too soon, but not for everyone ...
(...) the next morning the old woman pretended to close the home, and instead hid behind the door. The girl came out of the pomegranate, and began to do the cleaning and cooking. The old woman came home w the girl did not have time to fall in pomegranate .- Where are you from? - She asks her vecchia.E: Be blessed-old mother, do not kill me, do not kill me .- Do not kill you, but I want to know where you come from .- I am in the pomegranate ... - and told her storia.la old woman dressed as a peasant as she was dressed (because she was always naked as Mom did it) and took her to Mass on Sundays with him. Even the king's son was at Mass and saw her. "O Jesus! That seems to me the young man who found the fountain, "and the king's son hid the old street .- Tell me where it came from the young - do not kill me! - Whined the old .- Do not be afraid. I just want to know where is comes from pomegranate .- you .- She gave me a pomegranate! - Exclaimed the king's son, and asked the young: - How come you were in a pomegranate? - And she told him tutto.Lui returned to the palace along with the girl and made her retell the whole front of the Ugly Saracen. -Have you heard? - said the king's son the ugly Saracen. when she had finished her story. - I do not want me to condemn you to death. Sentenced to you stessa.E Ugly Saracen, vsito that there was no escape, he said, "Let me make a shirt in the middle of the pitch and bruciami piazza.Così was done. And the king's son married the young.

Fish That Can Live In A Hexagonal Fish Tank

E 'tea-time! A

by Carla of Bed & Eaten , come with me to his house because there are still more photos to be admired

Welcome to my dearest Twostella Afternoon Tea Time !

not that long ago that was born in me a passion for tea, but I have always been impressed and intrigued by watching those containers filled with small, large, broad and narrow foglie. In Italy is not a tradition as is the case for England, France, Russia and Japan and other countries. But ultimately it is spreading here too, such as adding milk or lemon typical English tea time.

a child and until a few years ago that I took the drink as many of you have already written on the occasion of headache, stomach ache and very often for breakfast because the milk does not digest well and purchased the tea bags of paper or of Sir Thomas Lipton of the Twining family. High sugar and lemon, but as I have to drink it! Now for some years now I've learned to drink the tea leaves, I started with the green, then come to know the tea blacks, whites and flavored with Fabiola great amateur tea! And now I do not put either the lemon or sugar water only to feel the flavor at its best, but the lumps of sugar I put the same for you not knowing how you prefer.

This is the menu I made for the Afternoon Tea Award: Love at First Flower Tea vistaMadeleines tradizionaliCheese Parmesan Crips and Tea Ceylon Nuwara Eliya Op
By appointment toner the Mjesty Queen” , ottima intenditrice mia madre!

Poi ho preso una delle sue tovagliette, come ben vedi di puro cotone con dei piccoli fiori rosa bianchi e fucsia ricamati a mano e con annessi i suoi tovagliolini.L’aria del Natale comincia a farsi sentire, i negozi come le vie dei paesi e delle città sono già allestite a festa, manca meno di un mese alla festa più attesa dell’anno, con l’attesa di mangiare cibi natalizi, l’euforia to prepare cakes and shortbread filled with chocolate cream and bring to the relatives and their desire for the new year that will bring us some news! I doubt very much this last thing and what do you think?

But these madeleines taste, are classic, and is the first time that I do and I must say that I have had good, I was afraid that the famous hump and I could not but do not know what satisfaction and excitement that I had yesterday when I prepared! I looked at the oven every second to see if you are soaring and in order not burn because it takes 10 minutes to cook, then you should not ever allontanasi the oven! That touch of lemon zest combined with vanilla beans le fa diventare un dolcetto sublime, non trovi?

The tea poured into the teapot clear glass filled with water heated to 95 ° is a flower tea which is called "Love at first sight." Between 5 / 6 minutes you will see a budding young leaves Yin Zhen White blossoms slowly and deliciously revealing the secret of love: the red hibiscus, that is the passion of purple and lavender flowers, symbolizing the union of opposites .

when you finally ready to dance with the shadows?
From the book "It 's tea-time" Carla Massi
The times are past, and fell in the evening while there we noticed, taken by the taste of these delicacies and talk about our interests; another day goes by, taking with him the memory of this incontro.Devo say that it was not easy to prepare everything, it takes a little organization as an important ritual for several centuries in other parts of the world.

A rule that applies is that "the art of tea wants the harmony of the Three Poteri: “il cielo, la terra e l’uomo”.Quindi non si può preparare un vero tè senza prima leggere qualcosa a riguardo.

Stir in the flour with a spatula, being careful not to remove the eggs and then pour in the melted butter and mix just enough to make the dough smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight (I suggest you prepare it the day before the event). Pour the batter into the molds of silicone in the shape of madeleines (no greased) up to cover them completely. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes or until they are golden. Remove from the oven madeleines, let cool 5 minutes and remove from tins to cool completely on a rack. Sprinkle with a little 'sugar icing.
Preparazione Ceylon Tea Cheese Crisps

Healing Time After A Palop Removed

Poffert for Afternoon Tea

Raisins we prepared the tea, on UvAromatica , and see other tasty shots come and visit :-)
.
two premises. I'm not a big consumer, nor does connoisseur of tea, although I find that the ritual of afternoon tea time has something extremely fascinating in itself, from the warmth of fellowship, the chatter confidential to satisfaction that a greedy and break ritual can give, especially on cold days and autumn as these. Second, while I was looking for anything but this recipe caught between the pages dedicated to Holland on a beautiful big book which is titled 'Europe à la carte' and that he travels quite robust between traditional European cuisine. Only in Holland that I've never been so I do not know if the result of the recipe is after all what a Dutchman would expect, here. I can say that I have some suspicion because of the absence of butter or other fats and very low amount of yeast, but at the end of the recipe is successful just as I had imagined from the photo, a cake not too sweet, firm texture , perfect for spreading butter or creme fraiche or, as suggested in big book, to decorate with sugar syrup and caramel.
All this to honor the beautiful and sophisticated collection of Twostella on afternoon tea. With lots of very flavored 'Amaretto explosion' of Whittard tea, aromaticissimo and a little 'sweet, and just as tisaniera british, Souvenirs of London .

Poffert

Ingredients 500 g flour 400 ml milk 00

2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla powdered sugar 125 gr
1 teaspoon baking powder (I have abounded here a bit 'but not necessary )
150 grams of raisins :-)
butter for the mold
Sfornare e lasciar raffreddare almeno un paio hours before the Poffert unmold onto a plate and garnish with a dusting of icing sugar. Good for medenda and breakfast, or to conclude a good meal and serve with a liqueur.

AFTERNOON TEA FOR TWO FOR THE CHERRY'S GARDEN IN A WEDNESDAY NIGHT!

by Dida70 of gliamorididida , if you pass by his blog, you can peep more photos

Here I am ... There are also I ... in extremis, but I've done with this post I would like to participate in Twostella :
The rules for the Afternoon Tea Award are simple: 1) indicate the preferred blend of coffee or tea, 2) propose one or more sandwiches to taste, 3) variations on the bread or scones or cakes and jams facaccine favorite, 4) sweets: pastries, cakes, cookies, etc. ... 5) propose a book, a poem, a film that you would like to chat about music or the atmosphere.
I wanted so much to prepare the tea for Twostella and, unable to organize it for the afternoon with mom and friends as I would have liked, I suggested to my husband a "dinner-tea", a different way of dining that I have to say was accepted with pleasure. A warm welcome to this table with the service 'good' and the cloth that usually hold crammed in a drawer, gave a special note to the intimate evening that abbiamo apprezzato molto!
Siete tutti invitati e intanto mentre l'acqua bolle ...

... Well, now we just want a treat, do not you? ... I do not know a few olive pastry covered with chocolate or one of these soft cookies flavored with lemon ...
... I would like to enjoy some jam tart with peaches ...
... or a slice of a soft-scented orange cake ...
listening to the warm voices of Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong and Billie Holiday ... talking maybe this book I am rereading for the umpteenth time in the coming days because I really want to try one of the many recipe ...
