Tamil Marriage Kavithai

Danube Carnival

For the birthday of my cousin Martha (7 years), which coincided with International Women's Day and Martea fat, I have prepared this savory dish that is enjoyed at all.
The recipe comes from an old article in the weekly Cuneo User's Manual, the names of these sandwiches is just salty Danube, being of Austrian pastries of origiene then perfected in Naples in the savory version.
you need:
250 grams of flour 250 gr 00
manitoba flour 100 g butter, 1.5 dl milk 3 eggs 25 gr
yeast
a teaspoon of salt , a teaspoon of sugar
For the filling:
300 grams of diced ham
300 g fontina or mozzarella, diced

Mix the two flours with 2 eggs, add melted butter, yeast dissolved in warm milk, salt and zucchero.Impastare well for about 10 minutes, until dough is smooth, supple and shiny.
Allow to stand for an hour in a bowl covered with a towel.
then resume the dough, form small balls (I have gotten 25, but could also make slightly smaller).
Roll or flatten each ball slightly and stuff with a little 'riepieno of cheese and diced ham. Place the balls
in a greased baking sheet, slightly separated from each other, with the smooth side facing up.
Let rise another hour in the pan, then brush with egg and bake at 200 degrees for 2o minutes or until they are beautiful dorate.Ecco the pot after cooking!
The beauty is that bringing in the tray table Ogun nibbling at his sandwich as removing them from the form.
are ideal when eaten warm, but also for a picnic, the next time I want to vary the stuffing and maybe put wurstels, peppers and anchovies, or instead of them all with ham and cheese.
Here are some shots of the party, the center table flowers, hearts of cloth, the birthday cake as well as three children (!) are all by Aunt Paola :-)
